FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. SHIPPING: All work will be shipped through Pak Mail, Santa Rosa, CA. You will receive a shipping cost quote which will be calculated according to each piece, size and weight. Shipping cost is in addition to the listed art price. Larger works may require custom made wooden crates to ensure safety and security, which is an additional charge. Unpacking requires a cross-head screwdriver. We are not responsible for damage caused by unpacking improperly so please be careful.

2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

3. WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within five (5) business days, via email at maryvastegillis@gmail.com. Please keep the packaging and contents, both of which our courier service will pick up. The return of the damaged item must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receipt. If you fail to provide us with prompt notification, we may not authorize your return.

4. TRADE PRICING: Exclusive trade pricing and services to interior designers and art consultants are available.

5. PAYMENT METHODS AND TAXES: Visa, MasteCard and PayPal are accepted. Art work delivered within California will be subject to California taxes.

6. FRAMING: Only those art pieces which state they come with a frame do. All other pieces are not framed.

7. PROTECTING YOUR ARTWORK: We recommend that you hang your art out of direct sunlight and away from excessive humidity.

8. EMAIL LIST PRIVACY: Your information is not disclosed to any third parties. You will only receive updates and emails from Mary Vaste Gillis.
